Refunds
There are no cash refunds, an exchange is welcome or a credit note will be issued for your next purchase.
Returns
Should you be unhappy with any product that you purchased from us, we will gladly replace it based on the terms below:
- If you are not happy with your order, you can return your order within 7 days for a full exchange or credit note of the original purchase price excluding delivery charges.
- Requests for returns are to be emailed to info@oliveandcharlie.co.za, together with your proof of purchase. Details for return or credit note will be emailed to you.
- Items marked down for sale/clearance and gift vouchers will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
- A credit note will be issued or items will be exchanged providing that the products are un-opened, in their original undamaged packaging and clearly unused.
- You should also take care to ensure that items are returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. We will not be held responsible for returns that do not reach us or are damaged in transit.
- Goods are returned to Olive & Charlie at your own expense.
- Unfortunately, delivery and packaging costs are non-refundable.
- In unusual circumstances where heavy administration is required, we reserve the right to charge a 10% admin fee on the original purchase price.
