Any person other than yourself who receives the products at the delivery address is conclusively presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.
Should no-one be in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will retain the products and we will attempt to make new arrangements for delivery.
Olive & Charlie reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it be required to make a further delivery or collection if no one is at the delivery address to accept or hand over the returned products, as the case may be.
If you are in a very remote corner of South Africa, we may need to arrange to deliver your order to the nearest accessible town, or in rare cases to cancel an order that cannot be delivered.
If you are sending your order as a gift, please indicate this clearly in your order and include the message you would like to send along with the recipient’s delivery address, and add gift wrapping to your cart if so required.
Subject to stock availability, your order will be processed by ourselves within 2 days of receiving full payment including delivery fee if required and will be handed over to our courier partner for delivery.
In a case where items in your cart were purchased at different times, shipping times will be as per the item in your cart with the longest estimated delivery time.
On delivery, the person accepting delivery shall be required to sign and print his/her name on the waybill, to confirm receipt of the delivery.
Olive & Charlie has outsourced all delivery and collection arrangements.
Accordingly, Olive & Charlie shall not be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the deliverer, its owner, employees, sub-contractors, agents, representatives and/or affiliates.
You are welcome to collect or send your own courier to pick up from us in Johannesburg. Address and collection times will be provided.
