We have taken all reasonable security measures to ensure that payment and card details, as well as related confidential information, cannot be accessed by anyone who is not authorized to do so.

Are your products safe?

All products curated and sold by us conform to international safety standards.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery if you live in a main city. Orders to outlaying areas could take a bit longer.

How will my order be packed?

We strive  to re-use and recycle wherever we can and cut down on unnecessary waste. We will send out orders in the cartons we receive from the manufactureres, or re-used cartons.

Your Brand New items will be secured in the re-usable cartons and we hope that you will recycle all packaging received and contribute to saving the environment.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you with your order’s tracking number and a link to the couriers page.
